Returns & Refunds Policy

At Feet & Sole, we stand behind the quality of every item we offer. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make returns easy and straightforward.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.

  • The return request must be submitted to our team via: feetandsole.com@gmail.com or contact form with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

  • If your item was defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect sizing), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Items

  • If an item you ordered becomes unavailable or out of stock before it ships, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

AliExpress Fulfilled Products

Some of our products are fulfilled through AliExpress via Modalyst, which may have different return terms:

  • Items marked as eligible for AliExpress Free Returns can be returned within 15 days of receipt, free of charge, in select regions (e.g., the U.S.).

  • Items not eligible for this program are subject to the individual supplier’s return policies, and return shipping may not be covered.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at [your email address] or use our Contact Form with the following:

  1. Your full name and order number

  2. Reason for the return

  3. Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
